Services Now for Adult Persons, Inc. established in 1980, is a not-for-profit agency dedicated to improving the quality of life of older adults in the borough of Queens. SNAP offers a variety of activities and services which help older adults (age 60 +) maintain the dignity of independent living. SNAP provides direct services and linkages to community resources to enhance the lives of the older residents of eastern Queens. The administrative office is open from 8:30 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday at (718) 454-2100.
